PENNSYLVANIA: Many benefits of walnuts are coming to fruition and now it is found that regular use of this magic fruit plays an important role in controlling blood pressure. This new study by experts from Pennsylvania State University, the American Heart Association.  The research has been published in the journal.  It states that polyphenols are found in walnuts, which protect people from heart diseases and also help in controlling blood pressure. Experts have included 45 participants aged 30 to 65 years.  Who were either overweight or obese.  All participants were kept in the observation for two weeks.  They were given a special diet consisting of 12% calorie-saturated fat. In the next phase, all participants were divided into three sections and given a low-fat diet for six weeks.  One group was given walnuts, the other nut-saturated fatty acids and other nutrients, while the third group was fed other nutrients with walnuts. It was found that a few weeks later, the group that ate only walnuts.  I found the medical signs of a healthy heart and blood pressure to be normal. Therefore, experts have said that eating walnuts improves blood pressure and if blood pressure is under control, the symptoms of heart disease and stroke.  The risk also decreases.  For this reason, experts emphasize the regular use of walnuts.
