The tomato is useful to the heart thanks to its many chemicals and nutrients and can also help with blood pressure control.  But the condition is that when tomato juice is consumed, its benefits come out better.
Tomatoes, which are a common fruit found throughout the world, have also been found to help lower blood cholesterol, but more research is needed on this fruit.  Scientists at the Tokyo Medical and Dental University have done an important study showing the efficacy of tomato juice.  Details of this study have been published in Food and Science Nutrition.

 Tomatoes contain large amounts of carotenoid, vitamin A, calcium and gamma-aminobutyric acid.  All of these ingredients are very useful for the heart.  Experts say the simplest and most common cause of heart disease is narrowing of the arteries, hardening and accumulation of hard fat-like components called plaque.  It causes the blood vessels to harden and shrink, and the absence of flow can cause heart disease.
Controlling diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure can greatly protect against cardiovascular diseases and keep blood vessels healthy.  For the first time, the effects of tomato or juice on different people were detected and the research continued for a year.

 In the experiment, 184 men and 297 women were recruited for a year and were told to drink tomato juice daily for a year, but the condition was not to be less than 215 ml, less than a cup.  Is.  Scientists also tested glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol in the blood of all individuals.
In the list of participants, 94 people were either blood pressure patients or reached the shore, and after drinking tomato juice for one year, their blood pressure increased from 141 to 131 while diarrheal blood pressure averaged 83 to 80.  That is, the patient returned to the first level of blood pressure.  Its effects were similarly observed at all age ranges.
